- Fill out the 'contact us' form here on our website and fill in as much detail as you can (Alternatively you can email us direct)
- We will email you back with our next availability and a price for conducting your Pre Purchase Inspection, This price varies from job to job as houses come in many different styles and sizes this isn't a one size fits all scenario.
- If you are happy with our proposal let us know and we will email you through a copy of our service agreement.
- Have a read of the service agreement and click the 'accept' button contained in the email.
- From there we will Liaise with who ever we need to, to get access to the property. We will conduct the inspection. Send you an invoice. Generate your report and send it through to you.
